The Essence of His Presence Releases Dunamis Power

The Color of Love

Recently I ministered at a conference where they asked for the title of my message. Immediately the Lord gave it to me and I must admit I was a bit startled. He simply said, “The Color of Love.” I never knew love had a color. A couple days later He began speaking to me regarding it. He said,

“Love is a vibration.
It shakes and shapes the whole universe.
Its inhabitance is peace that dwells within the saints.
Its presence is glory.
Its voice is I AM.
Its essence is Light.”

I understand “It” to mean “Love” and Love is a person named Jesus. So when I read it again I inserted Love for It. Therefore:

Love is a vibration.
Love shakes and shapes the whole universe.
Love’s inhabitance is peace that dwells within the saints.
Love’s presence is glory.
Love’s voice is I AM.
Love’s essence is Light.

The Essence of His Presence

Then He began to speak to me about the essence of His Presence. “Beams of light radiate from heaven as My glory is released in this day. Hold on cause here I come. It’s the greatest manifestation of My glory man has ever seen.”

After hearing this I inquired of the Lord, Is it like Moses saw? “Yes to some it shall be.” Why not for all? “Preparation! Like the ten virgins some are not prepared. Their vessels are not ready and it would kill them to have the greatness of My glory.” Shall they receive? “Absolutely but only to the measure their vessel is prepared. Some will have face-to-face encounters while others shall only have a glimpse.”

God’s mercy is so great that unlike the foolish virgins in Matthew 25, the Lord is granting a glimpse of His glory instead of shutting the door. Although they will not receive much they will still receive according to the measure they prepared their heart. Yet to those who diligently prepared their heart through commitment and endured the test of time, they shall receive abundantly. In fact some will encounter the Lord face to face. Remember all Israel had the same opportunity to encounter God but they rejected Him and sent Moses. Moses alone entered into the mountain of God and met with Him face to face. He alone received the essence of God’s glory. But today He is releasing the essence of His Presence to those who chose Him above all else despite circumstances.

To the extent the vessel has been prepared is the degree it shall receive this long awaited marvelous gift from God. It reminds me of the parable of the “Sower of the Seed” who received seed on the good ground. Some bore fruit a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty. Why? Preparation of the heart. I believe that to the extent we prepared our heart in Him during this long season of waiting and preparation is the degree to which the heart will receive His presence, His power and His glory.

But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.” (Matthew 13:18-23 NKJV)

Dunamis Power

He went on to say, “You see in My glory lies power; dunamis power. One dose of dunamis power changes everything; life cycles, chemical reactions and history are changed in a flash. Man has plans for the future but so do I. When dunamis is released My power; My glory changes things including thought patterns. Where strife was prevalent in the past now there shall be peace. What once were enemies now friends shall live together as one. Its amazing the change, the revolution you are going to see. Man has not imagined this but he shall experience it.”

Dunamis is an act of power – miraculous power, absolute power. It is power in action. It is the root word of our English words dynamite, dynamo and dynamic. This Dunamis power was given on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came upon those waiting in the upper room. (Acts 1:8) Since then it has been available to believers filled with the Holy Spirit. But it is only beneficial when it is working in us according to Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Examples of Dunamis Power in Scripture

The Overshadowing of Mary: “The angel answered, The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.”(Luke 1:35 NKJV)

Authority over unclean spirits:  Then they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying, “What a word this is! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out. (Luke 4:36 NKJV)

Healing virtue: And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched My clothes?” (Mark 5:30 NKJV)

Power available to us today:  But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. (Acts 1:8 NKJV)

Every miracle Jesus performed He did using dunamis power flowing through Him which is the same power in us today. But carefully consider the following scriptures and do not take offence or let your heart fail you. Although you carry the essence of His presence and move in dunamis power not all things you release through faith in power will manifest. Why? Look at verse 57 & 58 below. Unbelief will limit, stop or even kill the anointing. You can’t trump over man’s will. If you start moving in that arena you are no longer moving in faith but instead demonstrating witchcraft.

Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these parables, that He departed from there. When He had come to His own country, He taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and said, “Where did this Man get this wisdom and these mighty works? Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas?  And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?” 57 So they were offended at Him But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.” 58 Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief. (Matthew 13:53-58 NKJV)

Even Jesus, the Son of God, was restricted from moving in dunamis power (mighty works) because of their unbelief. Several times when He raised the dead He didn’t permit unbelievers to witness the resurrection miracle. Why? Their unbelief would have nullified the miracle.

Power in the spoken word: “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.”(Luke 8:50b)

While He was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher,” But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.”  When He came into the house, He permitted no one to go in except Peter, James, and John, and the father and mother of the girl. Now all wept and mourned for her; but He said, “Do not weep; she is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she was dead. But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.” Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately. (Luke 8:49-55 NKJV)

Releasing Dunamis Power

It is vital in this day that we bridle our tongues because our words release power. Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21) and when dunamis power is released there will be results. I believe that is one of the defining factors that determine our yield whether it’s a hundred, sixty or thirty-fold. Remember, we are releasing the color of Love; the dunamis vibration that shakes and shapes the whole universe. It’s the peace that dwells within the saints and its’ presence is God’s glory. You’re the vessel of God’s love He chose to be the voice and light in the earth in this day. As the harvest is in full swing and we go forth, let us not be jealous about the measure others received. Instead let us be thankful for the greatness of His power in the measure we received.
