In the Feast of Dedication which is the Feast of Lights also known as Hanukkah (which begins Dec 1, 2010 at 6 p.m.) Jesus cried out “You are gods, you are the sons of God, you are the children of God.”

(John 10:34-35) Jesus answered, Is it not written in your Law, I said, You are gods? So men are called gods [by the Law], men to whom God’s message came and the Scripture cannot be set aside or cancelled or broken or annulled(AMP)

I personally believe that the Feast of Lights is when Mary conceived and brought forth the Light of the world. I believe this is the true meaning of Christmas. This Light began at conception not at birth. This was the greatest grace package that man has ever received or will ever receive. For the Christ the Anointed One dwelled among us to give us light so that we might live with Him.

Christ means the Anointed! He calls us brothers, joint heirs with Him. So I believe this is the greatest gift of all time. Life begins with conception and this Immaculate Conception was the greatest of all gifts. He wants to share the Christ which means Messiah or Anointed Son with all of us so that we might be the anointed children of God.

I believe that during this season we’re going to begin to see the coming forth of the children of God. As the children of God we begin to reign on the earth honoring our Father in the things that we do. It will be in the name of the Son, the Messiah, the Christ, the Anointed One that was spoken of in the Old Testament and revealed in the New Testament.

So let the Christ within you begin to reveal the light to all those around you in this Feast of Lights. Amen.
