The Promised Child Is Born

On Father’s Day I had an amazing dream. Trust me, at my age when you dream that you’re pregnant, you pay attention. I knew the Lord was speaking to me a message for the church. I felt it was a gift from the  “Father” on the day we celebrate and give honor to our earthly fathers.

The setting is a hospital “dressing room.” I’m standing in front of a lighted mirror – one like the movie stars use – and making myself beautiful. All the lights around the sides and top are brightly lit as I am fixing my hair and checking my make-up. I’m also checking my clothes to make sure everything is perfect. Of course as I’m looking in the mirror and glancing downward I can see my large pregnant tummy. I’m at the hospital to deliver my baby. I’m excited to know that this time it will be a boy because I already have three little girls. I also know the baby will be born at 7:00 A.M.

Suddenly the door opens wide and in walks my ninety-three year old Aunt Irene. She was very spry and smiling wide as she took a seat near the door. Aunt Irene said that she had just returned from Europe where she received her inheritance and was now very wealthy. But she rushed to the hospital because she wouldn’t miss the birth of my baby.

From the opened door I could see other family members and friends hurrying down the corridor in rout to the waiting room with anticipation of my baby’s birth. Somehow I felt this must be a historic event because everyone wanted to be present for the arrival of my baby.

I glanced at the clock on the wall near the lighted mirror and it’s three minutes till seven. My husband, the father of my child, has not yet shown up. I’m concerned because the baby will be here in three minutes and we need to get to the delivery room.

I picked up the phone and called him asking, “Where are you?” He said, “He was busy and said he’d come later.” But I said, “No, you get here now! Everyone else is here and you need to be here. Furthermore I need you to be here with me.”

End of dream.

Child of Promise

I believe that I represent the church that is about to bring forth this new baby aka movement. We can call it the Isaac generation, the children of promise, the new breed,  the children of Light or God’s Love Child. There is a birthing about to take place and it’s closer than we think. The fact that it’s only three minutes till delivery speaks of a very short time. Furthermore, its seven o’clock in the morning speaks of an early arrival and its God’s number for perfection. I believe the Father is bringing forth His love child quickly and this is the only warning the church is going to get. The time of preparation is over and the baby is on his way!

The Church Has Travailed

For many years the church has been in preparation for the birthing of this child of promise. For years I heard that just like a natural birth, the birthing of this child would be messy and that the church was going through birth pangs. And I believe she has done exactly that. She has been in travail for a long time and pushed the baby through the birth canal and to the point of crowning. And he will be crowned in royal majesty of power and perfection by the Holy Spirit.

The church has faithfully dealt with Jezebel and the religious spirit. She has learned how to prophesy, heal the sick and cast out demons. She has cultivated the five-fold ministry and embraced the gifts of the Holy Spirit. And she has learned how to walk in love forgiving one another by embracing the Truth.

The really neat thing about the experience in this dream, there was no pain involved. The time was near – only three minutes from birthing and the mother was beautifying herself instead of laboring. Has the church entered into the Sabbath rest? Amazing! I believe the blood, sweat and tears for the birthing of this movement has already been done and the time is nigh. Right at hand.

The Male Child

“Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child. (Isaiah 66:7)

Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God. (Isaiah 66:9)

In the dream I knew I already had three little girls but this time I was having a baby boy. Clearly I believe this distinguishes the soul and spirit. Our soul is feminine while our spirit is masculine. Therefore I believe the church tried numerous times to birth this baby unsuccessfully because she was trying to do it from her soul; through the works and thoughts of her mind, will and emotions. And she came to that realization and determined to submit her soul to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to be her guide. Now being led by the Holy Spirit of Truth the church is birthing a male child. This is the child of promise she has long awaited and she cannot do it by herself.

The church needs the Father to be present with her at this birthing and all through his life. In the dream I was not in labor, the hard work had already been done. I was simply going to give birth and time was of the essence. There was no time to delay because this baby was coming now!

“Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child. (Isaiah 66:7)

Where Are The Fathers?

Did I call my husband Jesus? Yes I did. But in fact I called the father of my child – God the Father. I strongly believe that we must call upon God the Father in this time to help us birth this child. We can’t do it alone. In the past the church has tried through good works but each time she failed. I believe the church has learned a dear lesson and she cannot do it without Him. Each time the church tried in her own strength and failed, she had to lay it upon the altar. But this time she has invited, in fact insisted, that the Father be present at the birth.

I believe the church is in the process of raising up fathers in the image of Christ’ divine nature. Paul said there are ten thousand instructors in Christ yet not many fathers. (1 Corinthians 4:14-16) For this reason the male child could not be birthed earlier. Although the church tried in her own efforts, fathers were not in position because they had not matured to place of fatherhood. The five-fold ministry was not in place nor was it mature. Striving for position dominated the church instead of raising up sons and daughters in the fear and awe of God, the love of Jesus and the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

In the absence of true fathers, the younger generation urged the elder fathers to take their place and become the fathers they were called to be. In doing so, the elder fathers stepped up and imparted wisdom to the younger generation handing them the baton. This younger generation is now becoming the passionate Christ-centered fathers with wisdom and understanding the elder fathers relinquished to them.

I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you. For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. Therefore I urge you, imitate me. (1 Corinthians 4:14-16)

Messengers Of Peace

In reality I have an Aunt Irene and she is ninety-three years old. Her name means messenger of peace and victorious spirit. Her scripture is Job 22:28 and I believe Aunt Irene represents wisdom that will be present at the birthing of this child of promise. This child or generation will be known for its peace that passes all understanding because he will walk in the presence of God and maintain a victorious nature. He shall decree the promises of God and the Father shall establish them for him. The light of the Father will shine on their path and lead them into all righteousness for His name’ sake.

You shall decree a thing and it shall be established and God will shine His light on your path. (Job 22:28)

My Aunt Irene had just received her inheritance and the first place she went was to the hospital to present it at the birthing of this baby. It reminds me of the wise men who came from afar to present their gifts to the Christ child. I believe this speaks of the spiritual inheritance laid up for the children of promise. All their promises are yes and amen.

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Nations Born In One Day

I believe we are living in a historic time where we are going to witness whole nations being dedicated to the Lord. Through the witness of this love child whole nations shall observe the resurrection power and glory of the Lord. There will be such a supernatural outpouring of God’s love, favor and grace man will not be able to escape it.

Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, She gave birth to her children. (Isaiah 66:9)

Get ready to see the greatest showing of God’s power and glory on earth as whole nations come to the Lord in one day. It has been prophesied and so it shall be. Get ready for the birthing of the Child of Promise. He will carry the scars of Jesus’ cross in his heart and the birthmark of the Father’s love on his face. And as he goes throughout the earth in power the glory of the Lord rests upon him.

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 4:6)
