Sanction Disease

August 2020

“Lord of all that’s who I am! Says the Lord. I am Lord of all and the Lord over all. I am the Lord over the coronavirus says God and today you are going to witness influenza hit this nation. People shall scatter everywhere because of it. People are living contrary to My word, says God. There are biblical laws that sanction disease and America has entered into these sanctions. It will primarily target the young and the old, says God.”

Many times the Lord gives me a word that honestly I don’t like and often times I don’t understand. But that is not important. The importance is that it’s pressing on His heart and that He shares it with His prophets. (Amos 3:7) In this case, I believe it’s for the intercession of the saints to lessen the severity of the upcoming influenza and to stand in the gap for the young and old. Both of these generations will be targeted. Although God is sending the influenza, the enemy will also play his hand. God is the God of Justice and He is God of all and over all. There is no God besides Him. (Isaiah 45:6-7)

That men may know from the east and the rising of the sun and from the west and the setting of the sun that there is no God besides Me. I am the Lord, and no one else [is He]. I form the light and create darkness, I make peace [national well-being] and I create [physical] evil (calamity); I am the Lord, Who does all these things. (Isaiah 45:6-7 AMPC)

Scripture tells us that Christ is “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:16) and He is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, (Revelation 1:5)

Biblical Laws That Sanction Disease

Let me first define “Sanction.” According to Webster a “Sanction” is a formal decree especially an ecclesiastical decree, a solemn agreement: an oath, or something that makes an oath binding. Therefore a sanction is a consequence for an action. In scripture God made covenants and they were His promises. God was saying, “I will do this, but I ask you in return to do this.” A sanction has an imposed consequence. “I will do this, but I ask that you do this in return. If you do not, I will impose this consequence.”

Blessings and Curses

God set this law, covenant, promise or sanction in motion through Moses. In Deuteronomy 28 Moses clearly outlines a list of blessings of obedience and curses for disobedience. “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: (verses 1 & 2) “But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you. (Verse 15)

The consequences for obedience are blessings yet the consequences for disobedience are curses. And this law has never changed. He said; I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.” (Deuteronomy 30:19-20) The main key here is to Love the Lord and obey His voice. In doing so you receive all of God’s blessings.

It is true that we are no longer under the Law of Moses. Indeed we have been set free through the death and resurrection of Christ. The Apostle Paul tells us that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. (Galatians 3:13-14)

The Law of Love – The New Covenant

When Jesus was asked what is the greatest commandment in the law? He answered, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:35-40) Therefore the law He’s referring to is Love! Love God with all of your being, love your neighbor and love your self. Love is a person named Jesus and all things we do should generate from this vantage point. The Law of Love replaces the 613 laws of the Old Testament. The old law was fulfilled on the cross because the Father loved us so much He sent His Son to die in our place. What greater act of love could there be?

In the following scripture Jesus is talking to Nicodemus and reveals the blessing and curse of the new covenant. Those who believe on the Son of God receive eternal life (John 3:15-18a) however those who do not believe are condemned because they chose the darkness of the world instead of the Light therefore their deeds were evil. (John 3:18b-21)

Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; (John 3:15-18a)

But he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.  But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” (John 3:18b-21)

America’s Consequential Doors

I’m afraid that America has walked away from her first love. She has turned her back on God’s righteousness to esteem the works of Satan. Although it’s been a gradual turning over the centuries it opened consequential doors. The devil empowered people then placed them in positions of prominence that now rule our government and influence our children. With the help of Hollywood and lack of censorship our nation has been in a state of moral decline. She’s learned to idolize music icons, movie stars, sports figures and intellectually godless men and women. She’s turned her back on the Bible, sanctity of marriage and family values and upholding the Ten Commandments.

For example the devil used one woman as a tool in his hand to endorse a movement to remove prayer from school in the 60’s. Madalyn Murray O’Hair was an atheist who founded the American Atheists. She supported atheism and separation of church and state. She filed suit against the local school system where her son attended. In 1963, it was heard by the United States Supreme Court, which ruled that officially sanctioned mandatory Bible-reading in American public schools was unconstitutional. (Wikipedia)

Moving forward, today the Lord’s name cannot be spoken in schools or there are consequences. However children are being taught that same-sex marriage and abortion is okay. Instead of being taught abstinence they’re taught safe sex. These things are an abomination to God. It’s as if we as a nation are shaking an arrogant fist at God and laughing in His face.

Television as well as Hollywood promotes promiscuity, abortion and homosexuality. Marriage is no longer a holy sanctity and virginity is a laughing matter. Our civil laws no longer protect the innocent. No in fact they protect the criminal. A lying spirit has led America astray so long that she no longer knows truth. Our constitution is no longer the law of the land and our founding fathers are mocked and scorned.

In Paul’s second letter to Timothy he writes about the times we are living in today. He said that people would be lovers of money, proud, unholy, and unforgiving and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. And this is what America has become, an unholy nation of people. Paul said that many would have a form of godliness but deny its power. And we see this in many of America’s churches today. Many still deny the power of the Holy Spirit and His gifts. Paul warns us to turn away from such people. Unfortunately moral decay has seeped into the church as well. Divorce rate is equal to that of the world, homosexuals are now ordained ministers and adultery and pornography run rampant. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

We Reap What We Sow!

Now I don’t want to sound dismal or hopeless. The Bible says that we shall reap what we sow. (Galatians 6:7-8) I’m proud to say that I know many Christians who are on fire for the Lord. They are sowing seeds of righteousness daily and pressing into God for breakthrough in this nation. Some are fasting and praying and holding all night prayer vigils. They are seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, walking in love and sharing the gospel. They are doing the work of an evangelist in their daily life. The world is their harvest field and lost souls are turning to God.

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. (Galatians 6:7-8)

Vision of Two Plagues

By Bob Jones

Bob’s last Shepherd’s Rod was September 2013. I believe he had revelation of the pandemic we are currently experiencing and the upcoming influenza the Lord spoke to me about just the other day. Therefore I’ve included an excerpt from the 2013 Shepherd’s Rod.

Scripture clearly speaks about the Lord giving us authority over serpents and scorpions. That authority is the blood of Jesus Christ. Many years ago we prayed about the meaning of the serpent and scorpion. We found that when the serpent strikes at you it represents death coming to assault you.   However, when the scorpion strikes at you, major sickness befalls you.

Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you. (Luke 10:19 Amp)

Recently I saw there were two plagues coming to the nations, especially the United States. One plague was influenza while the other was like influenza in nature.  The scorpion represented the second plague. The serpent has been killing through influenza while the scorpion-like influenza results are severe illness that could kill you. By applying the blood of Jesus we take authority over these plagues and cause them to die.

It’s time we get back to teaching about the blood of Jesus over our lives; especially over the viruses that are coming. These viruses can only be taken out by the blood of Jesus. It’s time we plead the blood over our houses because the enemy cannot enter in passed the blood. When the blood is on the lentils of our houses none of these death spirits can trespass. The Israelites took some of the blood and put it on to doorpost and the lintel of the house where they partook of the lamb. The death spirit passed over the house of all who applied the blood to the doorpost on the night it came to kill the first born of Egypt. (Exodus 12: 13) (End of excerpt)

The Remnant in Unity

There’s a remnant of believers walking in holiness to the Lord and they are crying out to God for the fullness of 2 Chronicles 7:14 to come to pass. It’s going to take the remnant coming together in a spirit of unity (Psalm 133:1) joining together in one accord with the Spirit of God to turn this nation back to righteousness.

I believe another word for curse is judgment although I like to think of it as God’s justice. And America needs to brace herself for it. Scripture tells us that when God’s judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. (Isaiah 26:9b) And here is something Bob would always say, “It’s the worst of times and the best of times! The worst of times for those who don’t know the Lord and the best of times for those who do.”

So Christians need to stay encouraged and pray continuously for America to return to her first love and to turn from darkness and evil deeds. John 3:20 says that everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. Therefore we need to pray for God’s light to shine on these evil deeds so they can be repented of and their soul saved from the curse. In these dark times our light must shine brightly. And like a moth is drawn to a flame unbelievers will be drawn to the Way, the Truth and the Light.

Let us as Americans turn once again to God and His righteousness. Let the American church once again preach the cross of Jesus Christ that redeems us from all sin. And let the American church once again preach the blood of Jesus that has power over sickness, disease and infirmity. Let us as take communion daily. And as we partake of the blood and body of the Lamb let His blood cover the doorposts of our homes and body so the death spirit passes over. Let our hearts be joined in unity with our brethren in Jesus name. Amen.

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. (Romans 13:11-14)

Thessalonians

Recently in a vision I saw the book of Thessalonians (both books) completely written in red letters. And the Lord said, “It is a red letter book!” So there was no distinction between the first and/or second book.

The Bride's New Song

There is a new song being birthed through the remnant – the bride of Christ, and it’s going to come forth in power and might through the unction of the Holy Spirit.
